Ministry of Labour probing industrial accident at Windsor water treatment plant

The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development is investigating at least one industrial accident in the City of Windsor over the past two days.

On Tuesday, the ministry confirmed an accident at Windsor’s Lou Romano Water Reclamation Plant.

A worker was hurt while operating machinery, but there is no indication of how serious the worker’s injuries are.

The ministry assigned an inspector to the case, and the investigation is ongoing.

The second accident reportedly happened on Wednesday when a worker for 3D Gutters was injured.
