WINDSOR LOCKS-EAST WINDSOR, CT — Towns and counties across the country have continued to bring back many of the traditional Independence Day activities that were either canceled or modified over the past two years. July 4 is just around the corner, so it’s time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are remaining near you in 2022.

- Enfield Fourth of July Town Celebration, 9:30 p.m

- Vernon’s July in the Sky – The family-friendly festivities begin at 6 pm with music, amusements such as a bounce house, all kinds of food, a Push, Pull and Pedal Patriotic Parade and other events. Everything culminates with the fireworks show, which begins when the sky is dark.
