The Ivy Royal Windsor Brasserie on track to open this spring

THE MANAGER of a new Windsor restaurant said he is “thrilled” to be opening its doors to customers this spring.

The Ivy Collection revealed earlier this year it will be open its new venue at 31 High Street, replacing the former Tower Brasserie.

And it’s now promising to offer “sophisticated and friendly” all-day dining to residents and visitors.
